QinetiQ was sub-contracted by BAE Systems (Operations) Limited to carry out a 6-month project, TIN 2.001 Task 2.4 - Best Practice for Training Research, in conjunction with BAE Systems as part of the Defence Human Capability Science and Technology Centre (www.dhcstc.com). The project was initiated following a MOD-Sponsored Competition, and its aim was to deliver the best practice for training research.
For this project, K Sharp was sub-contracted to QinetiQ and was a task lead within the project. K Sharp's role was instrumental in ensuring that the project was delivered on time and within budget. Their expertise in training research helped to inform the development of best practices and ensure that the project delivered maximum impact.
Working closely with QinetiQ and BAE Systems, K Sharp helped to ensure that the project was aligned with the needs and expectations of the end-users. Their expertise and practical approach to project management helped to ensure that the project was delivered efficiently and effectively.
