Barry went down to Cardiff this week to take part in an event organised by Technology Connected (formerly EstNet) on the theme of Blind Date.
The event aimed to give students a different type of opportunity to engage with employers and K Sharp were one of 11 employers who entered into the spirit of things, and came armed with 4 questions to find their student "date".
From our perspective, we were looking for someone who can think about the combination of the user and the technology, and Barry is the first to admit the quality of students was very high and presented a challenging choice.
However, Barry did make a choice and we are looking forward to Mariana joining us for a day to give her an insight into Human Factors projects, and a potential interview.
